Rocco Forte Hotels

December always heralds the season of merriment, mulled-wine and meaningful reunions with our loved ones. To make the occasion even more special, our hotels across Europe are partnering with leading artisans to bring you an array of parties, gift ideas, festive tipples and afternoon teas all set to the backdrop of dazzling displays. Read on for a snapshot of the exciting celebrations you and your loved ones can look forward to this season.

Asprey + Brown’s Hotel

With a milestone 185th anniversary just around the corner, Brown’s is celebrating in a truly fashionable style with another Mayfair legend, Asprey London. This landmark partnership between two greats promises an array of sparkling experiences.

Asprey London, the iconic British luxury brand and jewellers to the royal family, has transformed Brown's into a glittering sanctuary of colour. Hints of Asprey purple and silver culminate in the dazzling centrepiece of an Asprey-decorated Christmas Tree. We also encourage you to try our exclusive 'Purple Water' cocktail inspired by Asprey’s signature fragrance, infused with gin and Drambuie alongside warming notes of cacao, honey, butterfly pea flower syrup and double cream.

Book our Asprey-inspired Celebratory Afternoon Tea complete with a roaring fire, a backdrop of Christmas carols from the hotel’s resident pianist and, of course, the sweet and savoury festive treats that Brown’s is renowned for.  On the 5th December you can compliment your Afternoon Tea with a wreath-making masterclass with the hotel’s in-house florist, Ellie Hartley. A special Champagne Afternoon Tea will be served on 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January.

Maison Serneels + Hotel Amigo

We’re delighted to partner with renowned toy makers, Maison Serneels, to celebrate a Christmas that honours the dreamy innocence of childhood and a return to tradition.

The renowned Belgian toy maker, Edmond Serneels, founded his family business in 1959, and the company’s values have remained unchanged. Every toy is unique and is made with natural materials, to encourage curiosity and the creation of childhood memories.

To ensure that this holiday season is filled with hope and generosity, Hotel Amigo is once again supporting Make A Wish, a foundation that works to grant wishes of sick children. On 26th November 2021, the hotel is organising a special afternoon tea party with five children from the foundation. This quality time with the family means a lot to Maison Serneels.

Outside the hotel, a photo booth will be strategically placed to catch passers-by and guests as they strike their favourite festive pose, perfect for the Instagrammers looking for a fun festive photo.

Salvatore Ferragamo + Hotel de Rome, Villa Kennedy & The Charles Hotel
Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich

Each of our hotels in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich will host a star-studded crowd of celebrities to mark a special lighting of our Christmas trees, festooned in decorations. Guests staying at each of our hotels will enjoy a little Ferragamo present at turn down, as well as special gift vouchers for you to enjoy during your stay.

Founded in 1927 by the late Italian shoemaker, Mr. Ferragamo, the brand has since developed a loyal following among celebrities around the globe. Fine leathers and silks are the brand’s legacy, with its shoes and silk ties often proving most popular.

Whether you’re visiting your loved ones or catching up with friends while they’re in town, be sure to pay Ferragamo stores a visit, their teams will be rewarding shoppers with Rocco Forte Hotels vouchers including a special Afternoon Tea.

Sounds of solidarity: how music can help Save the Olives

This summer, Masseria Torre Maizza turns up the volume on a cause that needs our attention. Save the Olives, a non-profit organisation championed by Dame Helen Mirren, whose mission is to raise awareness of Xylella fastidiosa, a bacterium devastating Puglia’s olive trees and impacting the local economy and ecosystem. In support, we have devised an incredible calendar of music and art amidst our Masseria’s olive groves – a poignant setting, grounded in the cause.
