Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Rocco Forte Friends programme.

WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US
The Rocco Forte Friends Programme (the “Programme”) is operated by Rocco Forte Hotels ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 03277921 and have our registered office at 70 Jermyn Street, London SW16 6NY.

The Programme will provide guests of Rocco Forte Hotels with access to a personalised account page containing a variety of personalised user benefits and offers from time to time. The terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Programme are set out below.

BY USING THE PROGRAMME YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS
By using the Programme, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our Programme in breach of these terms of use or our rights in respect of the Programme, your right to use the Programme will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

You must not misuse the Programme by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Programme, the server on which the Programme is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Programme. You must not attack the Programme via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Programme will cease immediately.

WHICH COUNTRY'S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
These terms of use and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
