For Carving Masterclasses, guests are invited to join Mark and Markus in HIX Mayfair to learn and celebrate this quintessentially British skill. Guests will enjoy a feast of sharing starters and all the featured cuts of meat with wines to match, followed by dessert. Guests will receive a goody bag to take home which includes a Brown’s apron and a signed cookbook from Mark Hix.
