Delving deeper into the world of coffee, the specially created exclusive barista taster course at the Academy is just the right place to learn all about the beans, the origin of coffee and the variety of roasting options.

Specially designed for guests of The Charles Hotel, the course format is experiential and includes an interactive component. In just under 3 hours, Dallmayr’s coffee expert will take you on a journey across the equator and diving into each of the most important coffee-growing countries and the coffee's journey to the roastery. 

You will taste a variety of beans; roast coffee together with Dallmayr’s specialist; and explore the secrets of the barista craft at the machine, standing at the portafilter yourself. Learn what makes the perfect espresso, how to create creamy milk foam and "latte art," and enjoy selected Dallmayr coffee creations in combination with sweet treats during the food pairing.

In addition to a certificate proving your new skills, you will receive an exclusive gift from the world of coffee to take home.
