Over five days, Simon Holmes works closely with each participant to identify movement patterns, playing tendencies and areas of variation before building a personalised performance model around the structure and sequence that best suit their game. Coaching sessions span swing fundamentals, putting, scoring irons, short game and course management, combining Trackman analysis with practical, on-course application. The framework is developed collaboratively, ensuring every participant leaves with the knowledge and confidence to continue improving independently. On the last day, the experience closes with a 9-hole competition, a final review, and a personal development plan you take home.
