The Programme is operated by Rocco Forte Hotels ("RFH", "we", "us" or "our"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 03277921 and have our registered office at 78 St James’s Street, London SW1A 1JB.
The Programme provides eligible guests with access to a personalised online account and selected benefits and offers from time to time, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Rocco Forte Friends is a membership programme for valued guests.
Individuals who successfully enrol in the Programme ("Members") may be eligible for selected Programme benefits, member-only access and exclusive offers when staying as a paying guest at participating Rocco Forte hotels. Benefits and offers may vary by hotel, date and availability and are subject to additional terms, as notified to you from time to time.
Membership of the Programme is free of charge, has no cash value and does not require a

To enrol, applicants must be aged over 18 and must provide a first name, last name, valid email address and password. Upon successful enrolment, membership will be linked to the registered email address.
By enrolling in and/or participating in the Programme, Members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Members should review them regularly to ensure they understand the terms that apply at the time of use.
We may update, suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or part of the Programme at any time for business, operational or security reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
Members must keep all user identification codes and passwords confidential and must not share them with any third party.
We reserve the right to disable any account credentials if we reasonably believe these Terms and Conditions have been breached.
If you know or suspect that your account details have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at friends@roccofortehotels.com.
All intellectual property rights in the Programme and its content are owned by or licensed to RFH and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Members may not use any Programme content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from RFH.
Any unauthorised use of Programme content will result in immediate termination of the right to use the Programme.
The Programme content is provided for general information only and does not constitute advice. RFH makes no representations or warranties that content is accurate, complete or up to date.
The Programme may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for information only and do not imply endorsement. RFH has no control over the content of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
To the extent permitted by law, RFH excludes all implied warranties and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Programme, including indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill.
The Programme is provided for domestic and private use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.
We do not guarantee that the Programme platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. Members are responsible for using appropriate virus protection.
Members must not misuse the Programme platform by introducing malicious material or attempting unauthorised access. Any such misuse will result in immediate termination of access.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
