THE BALMORAL’S REFRESHING GRAND DAME COCKTAIL

Perfectly pink, The Balmoral’s sublime Grand Dame cocktail puts some sparkle into your Easter celebrations. With floral rose notes enriched by lively cherry and finished with Champagne, it’s a playful little number you can make yourself at home.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Cherry Marnier
10ml Old Curiosity Apothecary Rose Gin
10ml rose syrup
Mercier Champagne
4 drops rose bitters
1 brown sugar cube
Fresh strawberries (to garnish)

METHOD

1) Pour the Cherry Marnier, gin and rose syrup into a chilled Champagne flute.

2) Add the 4 drops of rose bitters on the sugar cube and drop into the flute.

3) Top up with Champagne.

4) Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve!
