Fitness

Training is not just limited to our spa. Some of our fitness classes take place outdoors, such as boot camp, sunset and sunrise BENFIT (yoga and Pilates). Our jogging, trekking and cycling trails meander through the resort’s olive, orange and lemon trees. We have six clay tennis courts and experienced tennis coaches, an array of golf facilities and a PGA Golf Academy, as well as a Water Sports Club overseen by our qualified team of instructors.

Our 170 square metre gym is equipped with the latest gym gadgets, free weights and Technogym weight machines, along with a full range of Technogym cardio equipment. It has an outdoor terrace and can be used at your leisure.

The gym will be open from 11 am to 6 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 8 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please book your gym session in advance this season.

We offer daily classes in our fitness studio, making exercise fun and sociable. Expect body pump, Pilates, yoga and much more. Private classes are also available.

Our Fitness team has created a number of trekking experiences outside of the resort that show Sicily’s rich culture and beautiful nature. We also have a trekking route within the resort.

3 hours - €120

Our Fitness team will help you meet your exercise goals and reach your full potential whether you’re looking for a single coaching session or a full fitness programme that integrates any sport Verdura has to offer.  

Packages of 3 and 5 hours can also include:
